Session Description
Publishing articles in peer-reviewed journals is a challenging task and even painful process for PhD students and early career scientists. It requires not only knowledge of the basic rules of writing scientific articles, but also an understanding of the review process and criteria. Based on their editorial experience in Journal of Mountain Science, the editors will offer useful tips and recommendations to authors in manuscript preparation, submission, and response to reviewers’ comments. The session is open to anyone who would like to submit to Journal of Mountain Science or would like to improve their scientific writing skills. The session will leave sufficient time for questions and answers.
